But one referral is only shared with one agent and is exclusive; it will not be shared with any other agent.
We are incentivized to provide agents with double verified exclusive referrals as we get paid if the referrals we give are closed by agents and actually make them money!

No, there is no cancellation fee. You can cancel your service anytime and if you wish to keep working with the leads then you are obligated to pay us our referral fee.
