However, if a zipcode is large enough and we are receiving a very good number of responses from that area, more agents may be added to facilitate those referrals. But one referral is only shared with one agent and is exclusive; it will not be shared with any other agent.
We are incentivized to provide agents with double verified exclusive referrals as we get paid if the referrals we give are closed by agents and actually make them money!

Yes, we charge a one-time non-refundable Membership fee based on your plan.
No, there is no monthly/yearly /per lead fee of any kind. We charge a one time membership fee similar to the admin fee which realtors charge on a transaction.

Yes and No. Basically, we provide real estate agents with referrals and we have a standard referral agreement that allows us to be paid on closed clients.
No, there is no cancellation fee. You can cancel your service anytime and if you wish to keep working with the leads then you are obligated to pay us our referral fee.
If you decide to keep the referrals then you are still obligated to pay us our referral fee on the closed transaction.
